Oh Chloe. She is definitely not wearing pants and definitely pulling it off. I'm just as jealous as you are.
This might make you feel better...
She came into my shop on her birthday and she was not looking too cute. Very disheveled (not in a good way) and the outfit wasn't happening (linty tights).
So...
I know. It's little consolation.
She was very nice, though.
