color chameleon

When I spend a lot of time alone, I start to get weird ideas about "cool". Which I really like.

Because at least then I am less bored with getting dressed, which has been happening to me a lot lately (although dressing for deep summer is my least favorite activity, so that is probably to blame).

When you are dressing for nothing and no one in particular, aside from wandering and reading and watching Season 1 of 21 Jump Street on instant Netflix, you can really get FREE with the contents of your suitcase.

PRE-COFFEE DAZE FAZE
I bought this crocheted multi-colored cardigan at Value Village last week. It goes with anything, in a ridiculous way.
So I wore it with this patterned rayon dress, which I have to admit is reworked vintage from American Apparel. It has an open back and pockets- I was totally seduced!

Happy Socks, Dolce Vita sandals, SFK camera strap.

I mean, I don't know. I'm on vacation. In Oregon. This is perfect? This is perfect!

Pretty sure like 90% of my wardrobe comes from V.V. That said, while you're in Portland, you should check out Rerun on Fremont (NE) and Village Merchants on Division (SE) for affordable vintage/resale amazingness. My other go-to (and where I consign my own stuff) is Ladybird's General Store, but you've already been there!
